I just wanted to say thank you for your advice about anxiety last week! I have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and mostly do a good job of managing it, although my panic attacks have gotten more frequent lately. Wednesday I had tickets to see a band I really like and was freaking out about going on the way there. I remembered what you said about mediation and tried to calm down and be mindful–it truly helped. Went to the concert and had a great time. I am going to keep trying this!

I am so, so happy for you. I know how this feels. Anxiety will go up and down and sideways and make weird squiggly patterns. Every time you punch through it, you take away from its power.

And no matter what loads and loads and loads of people are with you in this always. Like me! HI!
